I called Now Print to enquire about leaflets I wanted printing for the club I am Entertainment Secretary for, Tixall Bowling and Social Club in Oxton. I spoke to Alan who extremely helpful. He gave me all the possibilities (sizes, prices etc), so I knew exactly what my options were. Then he talked me through the whole process. He couldn't have been more helpful. There were a number of emails back and forth over a couple weeks between us and at no point did I feel like it was too much trouble. Once I had sent in my completed design it only took 2 working days to receive my leaflets....and they are excellent. In summary, great staff, great product, good prices. I would recommend to anyone. I wanted to share my feedback on the recent Order of Service booklets I received from you. The quality of the printing was excellent — the text was crisp, the images were clear, and the overall layout came out exactly as we hoped. The paper stock used gave the booklets a very professional and respectful finish, which was particularly important given the nature of the event. The folding and binding were done with great care, and everything was neatly assembled. I was also impressed with the turnaround time and how well the items were packaged for delivery — everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. I ordered some promo pens for a local hospital radio station and Alan went above and beyond to deliver . The standard of service was second to none from the first moment of communication until delivery. I needed my wedding menus re-printed last minute and NowPrint delivered great quality prints in a very short time. I also had to print an A0 size post in 2days… the request came in so late but Alan was very accommodating and helped get it done and delivered in 24hours. Now Print were wonderful to work with, very fairly priced, with a very quick turnaround. The final product exceeded my expectations. The quality of the final prints were excellent, especially the fabric print which looks and feels great. Now print proved a little difficult to contact by telephone but communication by email was nice and quick. Their customer service was fantastic and any and all queries were dealt with superbly. From my first email enquiry through to the delivery of the flags the service I have received has been amazing. My rough design idea was taken and transformed and tweaked and finally produced into vibrant teardrop flags The quality and workmanship of the flags is excellent and we have 2 teardrop flags for less than the price of 1 quoted by other companies and being a local firm we were saved the cost of expensive p&p. Very helpful, efficient, good communication and excellent quality print. Alan was very helpful to ensure we had our order of service printed and provided to us in time after us putting an order in at such short notice, almost 48 hours before the funeral. I would just like to say how pleased I was with the team at Now Print for the excellent customer experience I received. Alan came to my house to discuss the product and had 3 templates to choose from. Very prompt service and kept me updated at all stages. All done within 6 days. Would highly recommend Now Print, the customer service was exceptional, they talked me through the products and answered any questions promptly. I got a4 posters, a1 prints and postcards. All to an extremely high quality, I've ordered from more mainstream printers before so was surprised when these arrived as the quality was so much higher. Great customer service! I ordered some prints that I had originally ordered through Ryman that were terrible quality and unsuitable. I found Now print on an google search in my area and emailed them, Alan was so helpful in answering my questions he even replied to me on a Sunday. I contacted NOW PRINT because I wanted a local firm to produce a Pop up Banner' for my musical duo. Alan at Now Print has been printing A1 and A2 size event and movie posters for Neston Civic Hall for more than a year. He has also printed A5 leaflets for us. The quality of his work and the materials he uses are both first class. He responds quickly to queries and orders and has been extremely helpful with advice as to how best present our information. I had a large manual for a computer programme printed. The quality is superb, the colours accurate and beautifully bound. I requested this on the Monday and it was delivered to me Friday. I ordered funeral order of service from Now Print. Alan came out to the house and spoke to us about what we wanted. The next day he emailed a proof for us to look over. A couple of alterations and they were printed the next day. Alan hand delivered our order within a few days. Very happy with the quality, price and service I received.
